Late August, ripe fruits, cooler and earlier nights. An opportunity to put your new leather jacket on. This is a season of its own – saying bye to the sea and the fooling around and greeting the new city party, reloaded with new vibe and anticipation. We at Bespoke knew it was perfect time for the new Somersby Apple Blend, a taste reinventing common notions of cider.

In 2016 Bulgaria was selected to launch the first-ever cloudy cider with particles fruit – sweet and sour, less fizzy and can be consumed without ice, making it suitable for the autumn and winter months. The exclusivity of the flavor series is in three sorts of apples, among which as the most prominent flavor is the well known Golden Delicious. The aroma profile of the Blend was particularly going on well with gourmet food, bringing a new experience for all senses.

Inspired by all this, we at Bespoke transformed one of the top clubs in Sofia in an autumn cozy place, where we invited perfectionism and passion – represented by the very popular Chef Peter Mihalchev. He created and presented special gourmet dishes to go with Somersby Apple Blend. It was a perfect start of a new season, abolishing the cliché that cider is a summer drink.
